QCA-6391-0-NSP265-TR-02-0 is a highly integrated SOC chip for IoT applications, supporting 80211ax WI-FI and BT 5.1.
QCA-6391-0-NSP265-TR-02-0 supports 2.4G and 5G real-time dual-band operation, commonly referred to as DBS functionality. Support 11ax protocol, backward compatible with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Support 2x2 MU-MIMO Support dual MAC DBS function.

- Support for WLAN-BT coexistence and ISM-LTE coexistence
- Supports BT for Class 1 and Class 2 power level transmission without external PA
- BT host digital interface: HCI UART (up to 3.2 Mbps), PCM for audio data
